I used Adirondack Basement Systems for basement waterproofing. I last used them for a maintenance check and to install a sump pump as well as a drainage system for my downstairs area. They were very good. I have not had any problems with what they have installed so far. I would use them again in the future.

Our service technician did an excellent job.  Adirondack Basement Systems always does an excellent job.  He explained the service to us.  The office team is impressive and always polite.  Ever since the initial installation we have been able to use the basement fully and there's no more dampness.  We would recommend your company anytime.  We could not be anymore pleased with them.  Our home was built in 1830 with a rubble foundation.  We couldn't leave the house without someone checking on it daily.  Now with this system, we go away weeks at a time without a worry in the world of the flooding we have had.  Even the Fire Dept. misses us from the times our sump pump and power went out.  Best investment we have made in the years we have lived here.  Thank you.  Why didn't you stop by long ago!!  You could of saved me gray hair and aging. 

My Family owns 3 houses and Adirondack Basement Systems in 2007 installed a TripleSafe in each of them. They have called me yearly to remind me to have them all serviced. Even though the phone was busy sometimes the office staff was great. After the installation our basement is now fully furnished. I would recommend your company to others.
