Our Design Specialist, Tim, was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very kind in explaining everything to me. I had my system installed March of 2005. It proved itself with last spring rains. The TripleSafe and SuperSump systems both worked great and there was no flooding during the June 2006 major flooding we had.  Everything has been working well and the stress of a wet basement is no longer an issue. Leland was great! He is very professional and enthusiastic- very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job he was to do. A very hard worker and seemed to relate well with his team. No debris was left behind- Everything was left as it was found! I really appreciated all the time that Doug, our Design Specialist, took to explain to me carefully what my particular situation needed. He used pictures, diagrams, and examples which really helped me get the big picture. The book you give out was very helpful to help understand the job. Also, I appreciated all the time he took taking pictures & studying the 'lay of the land' so to speak. It gave me a sense of confidence that the project was so carefully planned out before the actual work was done.

My Design Specialist was very good.  He answered all of my questions, as did the office team. My installation crew was very informative and professional.  They are excellent people.  I was surprised at how clean the installation was. A very efficient job, well done!

3/19/07 Dear Kevin, Last year about this time I purchased one of your Triple Safe Sump Pump Systems to alleviate a severe water problem in my basement. Since that time, my moisture problems has been completely eliminated. My first annual service was just completed, and the technician, Mike, was timely, courteous, and capable.
