So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!

We noticed our hanging laundry in the basement is now dry in half the time.  The RH declined from about 64% to 42%!  We are very satisfied with our SaniDry unit.

Adirondack Basement Systems installed a drain around the perimeter of two basement areas, put in two new sump pump systems, and installed a dehumidifier. I also had a vapor barrier installed and two windows replaced. The team was puctual and professional, as neat as possible (jack-hammering is very messy business) and finished on time. Upon completion, they took the time to thoroughly explain the system and its maintenance. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. The only reason I wouldn't give this company straight A's is that they are a bit pricey, but I have no regret paying extra for the quality system they installed. The air quality of my entire home had improved drastically- it was worth every penny!

"Adirondack's sump system seemed to be a superior design to handle our particular basement water problem. After one year, with probably less rain and spring melt than normal, we've had no water in the basement, with the exception (twice in the past year) of water that has apparently seeped in one location through the block wall and down a firing strip behind the wall paneling onto a very small area of the cement floor. Ron installed a plastic piece to direct the the seepage from the firing strip to the block wall behind the plastic wall system instead of the seepage running along the bottom of the firing past the plastic wall system onto the concrete floor."

Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice. I was very satisfied with the installation.  Our basement was very wet and moldy.  I was extremely pleased with how clean it was.  The crew was very friendly and worked constantly.  My Design Specialist Tim was great, friendly and explained everything very well.  The office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  Any question I had was answered honestly.  I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because of Tim's presentation and my desperation!  My basement was so bad, that not only was it not useable, but I also thought it was non-fixable.  It was so damp that we couldn't store anything in it. It just became a waste of space.  Now, I feel like I just gained so much storage space!  The air quality is noticeably better now that the mold is gone.

I was very pleased with the installation, they not only did a good job at installing the product but they cleaned up very well as well. They worked quickly and on time. This is my 4th project with Adirondack. They also service my system every year- and send me a reminder postcard. During the heavy rains we had at the beginning of JULY, I called Adirondack with a small issue. Kevin (the owner) was going to be in the area and came right over. Come to find out it was water squirting over the system onto the floor. We evaluated the situation and concluded that a vapor barrier was the best solution. Plus it was going to give me a finished look. So we scheduled it on the spot. Kevin was very concise and clear on why the problem was happening and what we can do to solve it.Joy in the office is always very pleasant and helpful.The installation crew arrived when they said that they would. They were very courteous and efficient.  I especially appreciated them laying the dropcloths from the front door to the top of the steps!!!
