Reinstalled a sump pump, dug out the pit, installed collection pail, installed new pump, backfilled and concreted around new collection pail, redid the piping and exit through the foundation Excellent job!! I contacted them by email, they responded the next work day and set up a home visit. A couple days later I received a package of material from the company detailing different drainage scenarios that caused wet basements including "natural" events and solutions. The initial contact person was very knowledgeable, came out looked over the situation and sat down and wrote a proposal. The day of the installation, the worker arrived on time, very professional and polite! He went to work and as it turned out there was not bed-rock in my floor (which would have cost extra to be jack hammered out in order for the sump pump to be installed appropriately.) When he had finished the work, his work area was cleaned (cleanest area in the basement.) I talked with the office, they returned my call to inform me that the extent of the prep work was less than expected and that I would be refunded. The entire experience was very excellent!!

The installation crew were very polite, considerate and generally a pleasure to work with. They left no mess!!! My design specialist Richard Keigley is very responsive to all of our needs, as is  the office team and very friendly. We chose Adirondack because of REPUTATION and REPUTATION!!!This is our 2nd project with Adirondack Basement Systems. We are very happy with the 1st installation, hence the callback for the 2nd portion.. I DO NOT anticipate any problems, everyone is GREAT from the office staff to design team to installers!!!Thank you!!!

So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!

We noticed our hanging laundry in the basement is now dry in half the time.  The RH declined from about 64% to 42%!  We are very satisfied with our SaniDry unit.

Adirondack Basement Systems installed a drain around the perimeter of two basement areas, put in two new sump pump systems, and installed a dehumidifier. I also had a vapor barrier installed and two windows replaced. The team was puctual and professional, as neat as possible (jack-hammering is very messy business) and finished on time. Upon completion, they took the time to thoroughly explain the system and its maintenance. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. The only reason I wouldn't give this company straight A's is that they are a bit pricey, but I have no regret paying extra for the quality system they installed. The air quality of my entire home had improved drastically- it was worth every penny!

"Adirondack's sump system seemed to be a superior design to handle our particular basement water problem. After one year, with probably less rain and spring melt than normal, we've had no water in the basement, with the exception (twice in the past year) of water that has apparently seeped in one location through the block wall and down a firing strip behind the wall paneling onto a very small area of the cement floor. Ron installed a plastic piece to direct the the seepage from the firing strip to the block wall behind the plastic wall system instead of the seepage running along the bottom of the firing past the plastic wall system onto the concrete floor."

I have to say that your crew was the most professional crew I've ever worked with. Everything was clear to me when explained. They worked great and cleaned up very well. The Design Specialist and crew were very hard working.I choose you guys to do the job for me and i can say i could not be any happier with the over all out come of knowledge. Thank you guys so much. Your service technician is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and neat. Along with that the service technician explained everything very well. There is nothing that could be done differently. The office staff is very polite, well spoken and have a pleasant voice. Following up with what i have done to my basement after the installation-  I have painted the floor. I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.
