A homeowner in Schenectady, NY had old basement windows that were leaking water and needed to be replaced. They were also interested in getting window wells for added protection against the elements. Our foreman Michael G. came and installed our EverLast Windows with SunHouse wells. EverLast Windows are energy efficient and made with vinyl rather than wood or steel which can rot or rust. SunHouse window wells are installed with covers allowing light in but preventing water and debris in. They look cleaner than ordinary metal wells too!
While having a home inspection completed, homeowners in Schenectady, NY noticed a vertical crack running down their blocked foundation wall. Their inspector recommended they give Adirondack Basement Systems a call to schedule a free estimate and figure out what could be done to repair the wall. We sent out one of our trained structural specialists to assess the wall in which they ultimately decided CarbonArmor would be the prefect solution. CarbonArmor helps to reinforce walls that crack or bow due to issues like hydrostatic pressure and soil inconsistencies. It is also made from a fiber-reinforced polymer that's 10-times stronger than steel.
