On this project the "L" family was experiencing moisture on only a few walls in their basement. Jared proposed a solution that now keeps their basement COMPLETELY dry, they are now able to use the space for storage and rest easy knowing that their basement will no longer leak!
This basement has a blocked foundation that was showing signs of bowing and had some minor cracks. The homeowner was concerned and wanted to ensure that the walls were stabilized and secure. One of our Structural Repair Experts did a thorough inspection of the basement and proposed CarbonArmor as the ideal solution. CarbonArmor is made from fiber-reinforced polymer that is 10-times stronger than steel. The high-strength epoxy resin that the CarbonArmor adheres to actually absorbs pressure from the wall. This solution is especially ideal for homeowners who have landscaping done around their house, as there is no outside excavation recquired.
