Your service technician was on time, polite and appeared knowledgeable. Everything was absolutely explained. At this time there is nothing that could be done differently with future service. Mike came and serviced my dehumidifier.  He explained the service, and was very informative.  You're office is also excellent. They're very courteous and friendly. I'm grateful that the moisture and mildew smell is GONE!  The air is more fresh in basement and i love the idea of not emptying buckets of water from a dehumidifier! I would definitely recommend your company!

Very much impressed by product presentation and followup information from initial meeting with the designer. I was very satisfied with the efficient and quick turn-around time.
