This Queensbury basement had a leaking wall. Our solution was to cover the wall with CleanSpace to prevent further water damage.
BrightWall is a great product to help your basement manage water coming in. When paired with WaterGuard, it can help facilitate and control incoming moisture and redirect it to the sump pump to be sent out of the home. BrightWall is also a great insulator and perfect for prepping a basement before being finished. Or, if a finished basement isn’t in your future, it works great on its own and doesn’t cause any disruption to the area. You can still place whatever you like up against it like any other wall!
This homeowner was having difficulty with their basement’s humidity. There are many fixes and improvements that can be done to alleviate this issue; the products that our Design Specialist determined best for this job in particular were a SaniDry Sedona and an EverLast window. Focusing on the EverLast window, this product is a perfect upgrade, providing great insulation to keep water out and heat in—all while being maintenance-free, so no sanding, reglazing, or repainting is needed. The installation process for this job involved taking careful measurements of the opening because each window is custom-made for the specific spot. Once that is complete and the window has arrived, our installation team carefully removed the old, rotting window and cleaned up any leftover debris. Then, the new EverLast is put in and sealed up perfectly to not allow anything in or out! Humidity is now a thing of the past with the help of an EverLast window!
For this homeowners waterproofing needs, our install crew installed our WaterGuard system. This system removes water coming into the basement and drains it into a partnered sump pump which then is drained away from the home.
This Silver Bay basement had water leaking in through many spots, so our team installed multiple products to try and keep it dry! Production installed a SaniDry Sedona for dehumidification, CleanSpace liners to protect the basement walls from water damage, and a Trench Drain to help guide water out and away from the home.
