For this homeowners waterproofing needs, our install crew installed our WaterGuard system. This system removes water coming into the basement and drains it into a partnered sump pump which then is drained away from the home. 

This Schroon Lake basement previously had a trench drain, sump pump, and clean space installed, and we most recently added PowerBrace for foundation support!

Sump pumps are often a neglected portion of a basement waterproofing system. It’s quite common for a home to have an old, worn down pit that stands very little chance at keeping water out of the basement. Our line of sump pumps, like the one pictured here, provide a significant boost to any home, able to handle even the worst a northeast basement could experience, especially when paired with our other fantastic waterproofing products!
