This Rensselaer home had deteriorating walls from years of water damage and movement. Our team installed Everbrace to keep the walls from bowing and caving further. 

A homeowner contacted us in concerns over the structural integrity of her crawlspace as well as dampness down there. We set her up with a free estimate with one of our crawlspace experts so that she could be provided with the perfect solution for her needs. During installation we used many of our patented products such as SmartJack supports, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and the SaniDry Sedona. SmartJacks not only provide supplemental support to sagging floor joists, but also help to lift them back to their original position over time. CleanSpace provides a barrier to the moisture that comes through the dirt floor and foundation walls, also made of organic material to prevent mold/mildew growth. Water was coming up through the floor. We installed our TripleSafe system with Waterguard. 

This Waterford pool deck was cracking with lots of unlevel lips, creating a hazard for pool users. Our PolyLevel experts filled in the concrete cracks and lifted the sinking concrete slabs, to create one nice, even, safe surface.
