Sump pumps are often a neglected portion of a basement waterproofing system. It’s quite common for a home to have an old, worn down pit that stands very little chance at keeping water out of the basement. This Silver Bay basement had water leaking in through many spots, so our team installed multiple products to try and keep it dry! Production installed a SaniDry Sedona for dehumidification, CleanSpace liners to protect the basement walls from water damage, and a Trench Drain to help guide water out and away from the home.
This Silver Bay basement had consistent water puddling problems, from water seeping down the walls during heavy rainfall. Our team installed CleanSpace to protect the walls, as well as a TripleSafe SumpPump to help guide any accumulating water out of the home.
This Ticonderoga home had broken and failing basement windows, which we quickly replaced with our Everlast Basement Windows for a cleaner appearance and stronger seals.
