This homeowner was having difficulty with their basement’s humidity. Focusing on the EverLast window, this product is a perfect upgrade, providing great insulation to keep water out and heat in—all while being maintenance-free, so no sanding, reglazing, or repainting is needed. The installation process for this job involved taking careful measurements of the opening because each window is custom-made for the specific spot. Once that is complete and the window has arrived, our installation team carefully removed the old, rotting window and cleaned up any leftover debris. Then, the new EverLast is put in and sealed up perfectly to not allow anything in or out! Humidity is now a thing of the past with the help of an EverLast window!

A SmartDrain was also installed so that if there are any future plumbing leaks, homeowners will be alerted and can get the issue fixed rather than not knowing due to water previously soaking into the dirt floor. Lastly, they chose to have one of our patented SaniDry Sedonas installed to keep the air dry and free of mold and mildew.
