A homeowner contacted us in concerns over the structural integrity of her crawlspace as well as dampness down there. We set her up with a free estimate with one of our crawlspace experts so that she could be provided with the perfect solution for her needs. During installation we used many of our patented products such as SmartJack supports, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and the SaniDry Sedona. SmartJacks not only provide supplemental support to sagging floor joists, but also help to lift them back to their original position over time. CleanSpace provides a barrier to the moisture that comes through the dirt floor and foundation walls, also made of organic material to prevent mold/mildew growth. The Sedona provides both humidity control and air filtration to make sure the air you breathe through your home is clean and dry.
