Crawlspace Encapsulation in Summit, NY

Foreman Austin and his crew installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to cover the dirt floors and blocked foundation to prevent moisture from accumulating. A SmartDrain was also installed so that if there are any future plumbing leaks, homeowners will be alerted and can get the issue fixed rather than not knowing due to water previously soaking into the dirt floor. Lastly, they chose to have one of our patented SaniDry Sedonas installed to keep the air dry and free of mold and mildew.
