How PolyLevel® Works

Whether your driveway, walkway, patio, garage floor, or pool deck has sunken concrete, the cause is the same. Soil underneath concrete shrinks, washes away, or settles, leaving empty space (also known as voids) beneath concrete slabs. Lacking support from the soil, concrete will begin to sink, creating an uneven and unsightly surface.

The PolyLevel system is a high-density polyurethane foam that is used to fill voids, stabilize, and lift uneven concrete slabs. Its expanding properties allow for accurate results, resulting in a waterproof repair that lasts much longer than traditional mudjacking and other standard concrete repair methods.

PolyLevel step 1: drilling injection holes

1

We start by drilling small 5/8” holes into concrete slabs.

PolyLevel step 2: injection port installation

2

Then, we install the injection ports.

PolyLevel step 3: polyurethane foam injection

3

Our team injects polyurethane foam to fill voids and lift the concrete slab.

PolyLevel step 4: we seal holes and control joints

4

Finally, our experts seal control joints and holes.

With this solution, we boost the curb appeal of your home and eliminate tripping hazards. Even better, we extend the lifespan of your concrete so that you don't have to worry about replacing it anytime soon.

Concrete Floors & Slab Foundations

Have you noticed sloped interior floors? What about cracks in floor tiles, gaps below baseboards, gaps at the tops of walls, or sticking doors? You might have a concrete settlement issue. We use a polyurethane foam injection to level your concrete floor. This provides a long-lasting, superior alternative to DIY treatments.

Concrete Pool Decks

Uneven concrete surrounding your pool isn't just unattractive, it is also dangerous. The last thing you want to worry about is a friend or loved one tripping over sinking concrete. PolyLevel will lift your concrete pool deck back to its original position, returning it to the oasis it once was.

Plus, PolyLevel can be used as a commercial, industry, or municipal solution as well. This includes void filling, soil stabilization, leak repair, and more.

PolyLevel® vs Traditional Concrete Lifting

Prior to the invention of PolyLevel, there were just two options for concrete leveling: slab replacement and mudjacking. These approaches have many disadvantages, including their cost. PolyLevel is superior to these options in many ways, including:

Mudjacking

  PolyLevel
Foam Injection
Mudjacking or Slabjacking
Cure Time 15 minutes 24 hours or more
Material Weight 2 lbs per cubic foot 100 lbs per cubic foot
Hole Size 5/8" (size of a penny) 1" (size of a quarter)
Waterproof Yes No

Why should you not opt for concrete replacement?

Concrete replacement is both invasive and expensive. Concrete slabs can take anywhere from days to weeks to cure. Even worse, when new concrete is poured over poor soils, this leads to problems in the future and leaves behind unattractive patchwork. Due to its lightweight nature, PolyLevel won't add weight to weak soils. Even better, it allows for concrete to be used within just hours instead of weeks.

Why should you replace structurally-sound concrete? The answer is: you shouldn't! Replacing concrete won't fix the soil problem that leads to settlement. Concrete leveling with PolyLevel is the solution you require.
