They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement.
