We initially contacted Adirondack Basement Systems to help us with basement walls that were bowed and leaking. The staff responded quickly to our inquiry and set up an appointment with a sales design/sales associate. The staff of Adirondack Basement Systems did an outstanding job at every step of the process. From the initial meeting with Jon Roz, Sales/Design Specialist, to the office staff who worked with us to get the work scheduled, to the completion of the installation, all employees/representatives of Adirondack Basement Systems were very professional and helpful, answering all questions that we had about the work. During the course of the project, the installation crew encountered unanticipated challenges. The crew immediately informed us of the challenges and discussed several options for dealing with the challenges. After choosing an option, the crew completed the work to our total satisfaction. At the completion of the project, the crew did a great job in cleaning up the area and instructing us in the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment that was installed. While not inexpensive, the quote we received from Adirondack Basement Systems was reasonable and considerably cheaper than others we had received. I would highly recommend Adirondack Basement Systems for those looking for a professional, competent basement contractor.
