The new pump set-up looks great. Even without running our dehumidifier, our basement is getting dryer (less humid) due to the enclosed sump pit.

Tim was very helpful answering questions via email. He even came back for a second visit when we had more questions.

The guys were VERY nice.

This was the only low spot. It would have been better to have the basement floor cleaned up a bit more as we had recently painted it and we had just painted our walls and there is some residue from the concrete on the brick walls. I will say though that there was a lot of concrete that needed to be mixed and set, so it was a big job.
