What made you choose our company:

With the Spring thaw in 2018 we noticed water covering our basement floor. Never having a problem in 40 years we expected that major excavation on adjacent property had disrupted the ground water flow causing water to seep seep into our basement from the foundation wall on all sides. The first to go was the furnace and the outside temp 34. We were desperate for a solution and our handyman suggested we check out Adirondack Basement. Their website described a locally owned team focusing on basement problems having installed over 4000 basement solutions in the past 20 yrs. I called them and although they were booked weeks into the future, they sent an agent to assess our situation and due to our emergency, they fitted us in and installed a complete sump pump system including back up pump w/battery, and a covered.drainage channel around the circumference of the basement. The system has run silently to keep our basement completely dry and with a dehumidifier keeping the humidity below 50%. Adirondack Basement was the only call I made and I am glad I did. Everyone I encountered in the Company was excellent to work with and the timely professional results were beyond expectations.
