A trusted friend with skills and experience in all phases of construction recommended I get you guys in to take a look at the problem. I did, and after reading through your book "Foundation Repair Science", I realized I needed to do this and PERMANENTLY fix this ongoing issue. We would like to sell this house in 7 - 10 years and not hand off to the next owners what was handed to us 27 years ago. Plus, I like people who act professional.
