Photo Album: Basement and Crawl Space Waterproofing System in Burnt Hills, NY

This job involved both a basement and crawl space. Having taken years of water damage, practically every inch of the basement was in rough shape. Needing an effective solution that would permanently keep the area from flooding, we installed a complete waterproofing system kitted out with CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump. This system was spread and hooked up to each other throughout the basement and crawl space portions of the area. The CleanSpace acts as a vapor barrier to keep moisture at bay while the WaterGuard installed at the base of the wall where they meet the floor collect water and direct it to the sump pump to prevent pooling. The TripleSafe is at the center of the system, with three levels of pumping power so it can handle even the worst storms upstate New York has to offer. With this cohesive system in place, water will no longer be a problem!
