Photo Album: Foundation and Waterproofing Products in Clifton Park, NY

This photo album showcases a number of our products across waterproofing and foundation support. The primary products, the ones shown in this series, include PowerBraces, PolyDrain, a SuperSump, and a SaniDry XP.  PowerBraces are used to stabilize bowing walls and correct them over time. All of the components are zinc-coated, making them rust-resistant. They hardly disrupt the basement, both during and after the installation process. No outside excavation is required and they tightly hug the walls so they won’t be in the way by any means. A series of them were placed along the wall of this basement to help keep the foundation’s health from declining.  Next up we have the PolyDrain. PolyDrain is the gray drainage pit than can be seen installed on the floor with the new concrete. PolyDrain works with another product, WaterGuard (which is placed a bit hidden from view, where the walls and floor connect), to create a clean drainage system that collects any incoming water and diverts it to the sump pump of the basement, which in this home’s case, was the SuperSump. The SuperSump is the blue pump in the ground by the corner of the basement. This product is powerful and reliable, easing the worries that water may pool and cause damage. The SuperSump sends the water out through buried pipes to a LawnScape Outlet a safe distance away where the water can be deposited without a chance of it running right back into the basement. In addition to this system, but not pictured, an IceGuard was installed on the outside of the house that helps keep the water flowing even in freezing conditions. Finally, situated next to the SuperSump, is the SaniDry XP—the perfect product to help keep humidity under control in the basement, creating healthy air for the rest of the home.  All these products are fantastic on their own but when working as a team, they’re even more effective, providing protection on a number of fronts!
