The Logistics Coordinator will schedule production jobs, oversee the timelines and workload of the sales team, and provide support to the Customer Care team by assisting with the scheduling of Sales and Service appointments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Initiate calls to schedule new projects
- Follow up on existing projects to confirm scheduling
- Approve service sales and create project plans
- Order windows as needed
- Review and submit necessary permits
- Make confirmation calls one week in advance
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) calls
- Send work orders to subcontractors
- Complete assigned training videos
- Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with the Customer Care Manager
- Provide backup support for the Customer Care team when needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in general office systems and procedures
- Skilled in operating a personal computer and software programs
- Capable of understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English
- Able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects, while maintaining a stationary position most of the time
WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
- Non-exempt under the FLSA
- Reports directly to the Customer Care Manager
