Our Customer Success Specialist will follow up on proposals provided by sales representatives and service technicians at Adirondack Basement Systems. The role serves two main purposes: quality assurance and closing the sale. Additionally, this position will serve as backup for Customer Care when necessary. We are committed to building long-term relationships with each customer.
Essential Job Functions
Unsold Proposal Follow-Up
Follow up with homeowners via phone and electronic communication to ensure quality and sell previously unsold proposals.
Project Retention
Assist in saving previously sold jobs when homeowners request to cancel installations.
Respond promptly to homeowner requests for follow-up and cancellations.
Inside Sales Revenue
Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
Tactical Support
Maintain updated, complete, and accurate homeowner files.
Support other departments as needed.
Customer Care Support
Answer calls, set service and sales appointments, schedule production installations, and follow up with customers on various issues.
Provide tactical support to other departments.
Keep customer records and databases current.

Position Requirements
Knowledge of customer service and/or sales principles and practices.
Comfortable calling homeowners and businesses to ask for business.
Able to make 100+ phone calls per day.
Proficient with personal computers and programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
Compensation
Hourly rates: $20 to $24 (based on experience)
Bonus potential: Up to $12,000 annually
