What You’ll Do

• Meet pre-scheduled homeowners to assess foundation needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Use a consultative sales approach to provide the best solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales Experience: Experience is a plus, but not required. Backgrounds in construction, real estate, home improvement, or sales are great!
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with walking, climbing ladders, and entering crawl spaces.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills—training provided on our software.
• Driver’s License: A clean driving record is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and closing skills.

Payment Options

• 100% Commission: Maximize your earnings.
