What You'll Do:
As a Design Specialist (Sales Professional) you’ll meet with pre-scheduled homeowners to assess their foundation needs and provide customized solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll listen to customers' concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend the best fixes to restore their peace of mind.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience not required, but a background in construction, residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus. We value your drive and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling, including entering crawl spaces beneath homes.
Basic computer skills (we’ll provide full training on our software).
A clean driving record is essential.
You excel in listening, closing sales, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
