Challenge
The Egerton family struggled with a flooding basement for years in their Albany home. They frequently noticed their basement walls were leaking during heavy rainfall, sometimes allowing inches of water to fill the basement. Concerned about additional damages to their home, they researched the internet and contacted Adirondack Basement Systems for a long term solution to their basement troubles.
Solution
Our basement waterproofing experts installed WaterGuard drain tile around the inside perimeter of the entire basement - the finished and unfinished sides. They also installed a Triple Safe sump pump, as well as a SaniDry High-Performance Dehumidification & Air Filtration System. To finish it all off our crew installed beautiful ThermalDry Parquet Basement Flooring and Zen Wall Basement Paneling System.
For the outside, we installed an IceGuard to prevent floods from a frozen discharge line. We also installed the Lawnscape outlet in the backyard to discreetly discharge water away from the foundation.
