Uneven Concrete Repair in Ballston Spa, NY
Challenge
This customer reached out to Adirondack Basement Systems in worry of the safety around her pool. She stated that the concrete around her pool was starting to sink in and wanted to know if there was anything that we could do to help her. When our design specialist, Dave, went out to give a quote for her pool deck, he recommended that our install team do what is called PolyLeveling to get the concrete raised back up so that it was all on one level. Since this is a permeant fix to the concrete, this customer was more than happy to proceed with the install.
Solution
The install process for PolyLeveling is a very smooth process. First, our install team drills tiny holes into the concrete. Next, they use a sealant called NexusPro, which goes into the tiny holes that were drilled. NexusPro is an efficient sealant because it never cracks or dries up as that is what makes this project a long-lasting solution. When our install team went out to do this project, they also noticed some cracks throughout the deck. This was an easy fix as all they had to do was fill in the cracks with the NexusPro. This customer was more than happy to have us there because not only did we fix her concrete problem, but we also went out of our way to make sure her whole pool deck was nice and fresh looking.
