What You'll Do:

 

As a Design Specialist, you’ll meet with pre-scheduled homeowners to assess their foundation needs and provide customized solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll listen to customers' concerns, diagnose issues, and recommend the best fixes to restore their peace of mind.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Sales Experience:

  • Sales experience not required, but a background in construction, residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus. We value your drive and willingness to learn.

Physical Ability:

  • Comfortable with walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling, including entering crawl spaces beneath homes.

Tech Savvy:

  • Basic computer skills (we’ll provide full training on our software).

Valid Driver’s License:

  • A clean driving record is essential.

Strong Interpersonal Skills:

  • You excel in listening, closing sales, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
